INGREDIENTS

  • Palak leaves (shredded)- 150 g
  • Anar pearls of -1 anar
  • Yogurt (full cream)-1 kg
  • Khajoor-100 g
  • Honey- 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chaat masala-1 tbsp

PREPARATION

    Mix honey to yogurt and whisk it.

    Add salt and Chaat masala.
  3. 3

    Combine shredded palak leaves,anar pearls and Khajoor. Mix well.

    Decorate and serve.
