- Palak leaves (shredded)- 150 g
- Anar pearls of -1 anar
- Yogurt (full cream)-1 kg
- Khajoor-100 g
- Honey- 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Chaat masala-1 tbsp
- Mix honey to yogurt and whisk it.
- Add salt and Chaat masala.
- Combine shredded palak leaves,anar pearls and Khajoor. Mix well.
- Decorate and serve.
