Take the chopped roasted tomatoes in a bowl. Add chopped garlic red chilli flakes, red chilli sauce, a little lemon juice, tomato sauce, olive oil and some salt. Mix well to form the salsa dressing for the salad. To this, add boiled white beans, boiled kidney beans and boiled red kidney beans. Mix again. Add chopped yellow, red and green bell peppers, a little crushed black pepper, chopped spring onion greens and sugar. Blend well. Plate the salad on a net placed on the serving plate. Garnish it with some parsley.
