INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup keema
  • 2 tsp Curd
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tso green chilli
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken keema
  • 1 cup kidney beans (rajma)
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 1 tsp sugar

HOW TO PREPARE RAJMA KHEEMA

    For the kheema mixture: In a mixing bowl, add kheema, curd, ginger-garlic paste and salt.

    Mix them well and keep it aside for a few minutes.

    For the rajma kheema: Heat oil in a saucepan.
  4. 4

    Toss in garlic and green chilies, both chopped.
  5. 5

    Then, add cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder and garam masala powder.

    Saut� for 1-2 minutes.

    Pour in more oil.
  8. 8

    Follow it up with chopped tomatoes, kheema mixture, rajma, tomato sauce and salt.

    Make sure you mix them well to get a fine balance in terms of flavour.

    Throw in some chopped onions and sugar.

    Continue to saut� for 4-5 minutes.
