- 1 cup amaranth seeds
- a slab of marshmallows
- 1½ white butter
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup chocolate
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 graham ckackers
- Parch amaranth seeds, take out the parched grains.
- In a pan melt marshmallows. Add white butter, chocolate chips, dark chocolate and mix well. Add parched grains and honey in mixture.
- Grease oil in a baking tray and pour the batter.
- Crush graham ckackers over.
- Sprinkle parched grains, refrigerate the treat for 2 hours.
- Demould and cut the treats.
- Dust icing sugar over. Garnish with mint leaves.
