INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup amaranth seeds
  • A slab of marshmallows
  • 1½ white butter
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup chocolate
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 graham ckackers

HOW TO PREPARE RAJGIRA TREATS

    Parch amaranth seeds.
  2. 2

    take out the parched grains.
  3. 3

    In a pan melt marshmallows.
  4. 4

    Add white butter, chocolate chips, dark chocolate and mix well.
  5. 5

    Add parched grains and honey in mixture.
  6. 6

    Grease oil in a baking tray and pour the batter.
  7. 7

    Crush graham ckackers over.
  8. 8

    Sprinkle parched grains.
  9. 9

    refrigerate the treat for 2 hours.
  10. 10

    Demould and cut the treats.
  11. 11

    Dust icing sugar over.
  12. 12

    Garnish with mint leaves.
