Heat a pan and then add rajgira. Cover the pan and let rajgira pop. Once cooled transfer to a bowl. Add melted chocolate to rajgira and mix well. Make small balls from this mixture. Since these balls are very delicate, set them in the refrigerator for some time. In the serving plate, make a bed of corn flakes, candies, and cherries. Arrange the lollipops on it. Add some white melted chocolate on top. Pierce toothpicks in the lollipops to give that perfect lollipop appearance.
