INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup rajgira
  • 2 to 3 tbsp chocolate
  • melted
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate
  • melted
  • For Garnish: 2 to 3 tbsp corn flakes
  • Candies as required
  • 5 to 6 Cherries
  • Toothpicks

HOW TO PREPARE RAJGIRA LOLLIPOPS

    Heat a pan and then add rajgira.

    Cover the pan and let rajgira pop.
  3. 3

    Once cooled transfer to a bowl.
  4. 4

    Add melted chocolate to rajgira and mix well.
  5. 5

    Make small balls from this mixture.
  6. 6

    Since these balls are very delicate, set them in the refrigerator for some time.

    In the serving plate, make a bed of corn flakes, candies, and cherries.

    Arrange the lollipops on it.
  9. 9

    Add some white melted chocolate on top.
  10. 10

    Pierce toothpicks in the lollipops to give that perfect lollipop appearance.
