HOW TO PREPARE RAJASTHANI DAHI PAKODA KADHI

    For the Pakoda: In a mixing bowl, add gram flour, chopped cilantro, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, baking soda, salt and water.

    Mix them well.

    Make small balls from the mixture and deep-fry them into the hot oil.

    Fry the pakodas until they turn golden brown.
  5. 5

    For the Kadhi mix: In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, gram flour, turmeric powder, salt and water.

    Mix them well.

    For Kadhi: Heat ghee in a deep cooking pot.

    Add cinnamon stick, cloves, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, chopped ginger, fenugreek seeds, dry red chillies, curry leaves and red chili powder.

    Saut� them well.

    Then, add the Kadhi mixture into it.

    Simmer it for 8-10 minutes.

    Add the fried pakodas into the Kadhi.
