INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup whole wheat atta, 3 tps of suji, 2 tps of ghee., pomegranate seeds, imli chutney, green chutney, sone nuts, boiled channa, allu sev,sweeten curd, all masalas.

    Make a hard dough with atta suji ghee and water. Roll a thin layer than normal chapati... Cut it very round heat oil in a pan.. Heat shoud be on full flame otherwise it will not be fluffy. Cook it from both sides with litthe brown colour.Drain out the oil... Keep in plate and all the other ingredients...
