INGREDIENTS

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp Caster sugar
  • 10 to 12 raisins
  • 4 to 5 drops vanilla essence
  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ cup yeast
  • Butter as required
  • salt to taste

PREPARATION

    Break the eggs in a bowl. Add milk caster sugar, raisins, vanilla essence and salt. Whisk them all together. Add flour, activated yeast and butter. Mix well. Rest the dough for 10 minutes. Place a silicon mould tray on the baking tray. Fill the moulds with the prepared dough. Bake in a pre heated oven at 210 C for 20 minutes. Serve hot in a handy plate.
