  • 5 eggs;1 cup milk; 1 tbsp Caster sugar; 10 to 12 raisins; 4 to 5 drops vanilla essence; 2 cups flour; ½ cup yeast; Butter as required; salt to taste

    Break the eggs in a bowl.

    ; Add milk caster sugar, raisins, vanilla essence and salt.

    ; Whisk them all together.
  4. 4

    ; Add flour, activated yeast and butter.
  5. 5

    ; Mix well.
  6. 6

    ; Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
  7. 7

    ; Place a silicon mould tray on the baking tray.
  8. 8

    ; Fill the moulds with the prepared dough.
  9. 9

    ; Bake in a pre heated oven at 210 C for 20 minutes.
  10. 10

    ; Serve hot in a handy plate.
