INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee Powder
  • 1 cup powdered  Sugar
  • 1 cup Yogurt/curd
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • ½ cups butter
  • Handful Chopped Walnuts
  • Handful Choco chips
  • 2 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup milk

PREPARATION

    Preheat oven to 180°C for 10 min Grease cake tin with butter and after that dust maida thoroughly and spread it. Mix together flour, coffee powder, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Now add butter, powdered sugar, curd and vanilla essence together. Beat well and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Now add milk for consistency and to make batter smoother. Now it's time to add walnuts and choco chips. Mix gently. Pour the batter into the prepared tin. Sprinkle the top with chopped walnuts, chocolate chips and Bake at 180ºC for 20 minutes and then at do the toothpick test. Cool the cake in the tin for 15 minutes and then take it out Now you can serve it with ice cream topping or just sprinkle icing sugar on top of it.
