INGREDIENTS

  • 2 surmai steaks
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 3 grape tomatoes
  • 8 black olives
  • 6 shallots halved
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Few basil leaves
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Few basil leaves
  • Few chives
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • olive oil
  • Sprouts

HOW TO PREPARE RAISIN & GINGER SURMAI STEAK

    For the marinade finely blend raisins, ginger, green chillies, honey, basil leaves, chives, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil.

    Apply some of the prepared marinade on the fish and reserve the rest.

    Refrigerate the marinated fish.
  4. 4

    For the salad, mix chopped pineapple, chopped grape tomatoes, black olives, halved shallots, cumin powder, salt, olive oil, and shredded basil leaves.

    Refrigerate the salad.

    Roast the fish in a pan and brush the remaining marinade on it.
  7. 7

    Serve the steaks in a plate and top with the chilled salad.

    Drizzle olive oil and garnish with sprouts.
