INGREDIENTS

  • For Strawberry Cottage Cheese tikkas: 1 tsp chilli powder
  • salt
  • crushed black pepper
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2-3 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • chopped coriander springs
  • 3-4 chopped green chilli
  • 100 ml strawberry flavoured syrup
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 50 ml fresh cream
  • 350 gm paneer
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • chopped coriander springs

HOW TO PREPARE RAINBOW BREAD

  1. 1

    Procedure to make Strawberry cottage cheese tikkas: In a bowl add red chilli powder, salt, crushed black pepper, chilli flakes.

    Add ginger - garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, strawberry flavoured syrup.
  3. 3

    Add vegetable oil, fresh cream and mix it well.
  4. 4

    In a baking dish add oil, dip the paneer cubes into the marination and place them in the tray.
  5. 5

    Add chilli flakes, olive oil and bake it in a preheated oven at 200' C - 225' C for 5 - 7 minutes.
