INGREDIENTS

  • Ragi flour - 1 cup , Wheat flour - 1 cup , Powdered sugar - 1 1/4 cup , Milk - 1 1/2 cup , Ghee/oil - 1/2 cup , Baking soda - 1 tsp , Lemon juice - 1 1/2 tsp , Coco powder - 3 tsp , Tuti Fruti - 1/4 cup

PREPARATION

    First keep pressure cooker on low flame without lid for pre heating . Then in a bowl take milk , ghee / oil , powdered sugar . Pour mixture in a mixer jar . Mix it well . Pour that mixture in bowl and add ragi and wheat flour together . Add coco powder . Add tuti fruti . Mix well . Add baking soda and pour lemon juice on it . Mix for half minute and immediately pour mixture in cake tin , which is properly brushed with ghee / oil and flour . Put tin on small stand in cooker . Cover it with lid without whistle . Keep for 50-60 min . Decorate cake with chocolate syrup . Your cake is ready to eat.
