  • For ragi pumpkin cake
  • 1 cup ragi flour
  • ½ cup refined flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp white butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp curd
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp chopped dark chocolate
  • 3 tbsp castor sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp curd
  • water as required
  • For pumpkin sauce
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp castor sugar
  • 1 tbsp white butter
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • salt to taste

    In a bowl add ragi & refined flour and mix it.

    Add baking powder and soda, add pumpkin puree, white butter, olive oil and mix it.

    Add curd, white chocolate chips, chopped dark chocolate, castor sugar, cocoa powder, salt and mix it well.

    In a bowl add curd, water and mix it.

    Add the curd mixture into the chocolate bowl and prepare a batter.

    On a baking tray add olive oil, cake batter, white & dark chocolate chips, castor sugar, ragi flour and bake it in a pre- heated oven at 170' C for 35 minutes.

    In a heated pan add pumpkin puree, castor sugar, white butter and mix it well.

    Add white chocolate chip, white vinegar, salt and stir it.

    Demould the cake, add pumpkin sauce over it.

    Cut slices of cake, to garnish add dark chocolate and Ragi pumpkin cake is ready to serve.
