INGREDIENTS

  • 2 sp olive oil
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrot
  • 1/2 cup ragi flour
  • 2 cup of water
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • pink salt as per taste
  • 1/4 cup boiled soybean
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • For garnish
  • parsley

PREPARATION

    In a pan, add olive oil and let it heat. Add cauliflower, green peas, carrot and saute. Remove them in a bowl.
  2. 2

    In the same pan, add olive oil, ragi flour and saute. Switch off the gas and let it cool down. Add water and mix it.
  3. 3

    Add water again and keep stirring it until it boils. Add black pepper powder, pink salt as per taste, boiled soybean, coconut milk, vegetables and let it boil.

    Garnish with vegetables and parsley.
