- Rolled oats flour 1/4 cup
- Ragi flour 1/2 cup
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Jaggery powder 1/4 cup
- Vanilla essence
- Warm water 1/8 cup
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Whisk together the first five (ingredients..Add warm water to make a paste...
- Now keep whisking and adding milk till you get a thick consistency... Add vanilla essence.
- Rest for 30 minutes..
- Heat a non stick pan..pour a ladle spoon of batter once the bottom is cooked ( approximately 1-3 minuteflip and cook other side...
- Serve with fruits or icecream..
