INGREDIENTS

  • Rolled oats flour 1/4 cup
  • Ragi flour 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Jaggery powder 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence
  • Warm water 1/8 cup
  • Milk 1/4 cup

PREPARATION

    Whisk together the first five (ingredients..Add warm water to make a paste...

    Now keep whisking and adding milk till you get a thick consistency... Add vanilla essence.

    Rest for 30 minutes..

    Heat a non stick pan..pour a ladle spoon of batter once the bottom is cooked ( approximately 1-3 minuteflip and cook other side...

    Serve with fruits or icecream..
