INGREDIENTS

  • 2 to 3 tbsp ragi flour
  • 2 to 3 cup milk
  • 1 ½ tbsp clarified butter
  • Chocolate syrup
  • 4 tbsp dry fruits powder
  • 1 to 2 tbsp sugar
  • powdered
  • For Garnish: Decorative umbrella
  • Jelly sweets

HOW TO PREPARE RAGI DRINK

  1. 1

    In a pan dry roast the ragi flour.

    Pour milk to this pan and mix well.
  3. 3

    Stir well till the mixture thickens.
  4. 4

    Add some more milk to the mixture.
  5. 5

    Add clarified butter and mix again.
  6. 6

    Add chocolate syrup to this mixture and mix.

    Add some dry fruits powder and powdered sugar.
  8. 8

    Mix again.

    Decorate a drinking glass with some chocolate syrup.

    Pour the ragi drink in this glass.

    Garnish with a decorative umbrella and some jelly sweets.
