INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup ragi flour
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp olve oil
  • Water
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 to 4 button mushrooms
  • 5 to 6 oyster mushrooms
  • ¼ manchego cheese
  • 2 leeks

HOW TO PREPARE RAGI CALZONES

  1. 1

    In a bowl add all purpose flour, ragi flour, salt, cumin powder, olive oil, add water and knead the dough.
  2. 2

    Dust flour, roll out dough, cut out the dough into a circle, grate carrot.
  3. 3

    Add finaly chopped mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and mix.
  4. 4

    Brush oil on doughm place the fillling in centre of dough, Grate manchego cheese over.
  5. 5

    Brush water on side of dough,fold and seal calzon.
  6. 6

    Place calzon on a baking tray.
  7. 7

    Spray oil on calzon, place calzon in pit for 6 to 8 minutes.
  8. 8

    Slice a leek inti half and put inside pit.
  9. 9

    Serve calzon on with leek.
