Ragi Calzones

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup ragi flour
  • Salt 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Water
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 to 4 button mushrooms
  • 5 to 6 oyster mushrooms
  • ¼ manchego cheese
  • 2 leeks

HOW TO PREPARE RAGI CALZONES

  1. 1

    In a bowl add all purpose flour, Ragi flour, Salt, cumin powder, olive oil.

    Add water and knead the dough.
  3. 3

    Dust flour.
  4. 4

    Roll out dough.
  5. 5

    Cut out the dough into a circle.
  6. 6

    Grate carrot.
  7. 7

    Add finally chopped mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and mix.
  8. 8

    Brush oil on dough.
  9. 9

    Place the fillling in centre of dough.
  10. 10

    Grate manchego cheese over.
  11. 11

    Brush water on side of dough.
  12. 12

    Fold and seal calzone.
  13. 13

    Place calzone on a baking tray.
  14. 14

    Spray oil on calzone.
  15. 15

    Place calzone in pit for 6 to 8 minutes.
  16. 16

    Slice a leek into half and put inside pit.
  17. 17

    Serve calzone on with leek.
