Quinoa Cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Cooked Quinoa
  • ¼ cup Butter / Makkhan
  • 200 gms chopped Unsweetened Chocolate
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • Whipped Cream
  • Fresh Peppermint
  • Chilli Chocolate Shard
  • Crumble Made Of Quinoa
  • Sugar And Nuts.

HOW TO PREPARE QUINOA CAKE

    Make paste of ¾ of cooked quinoa in a blender and keep ¼ parts aside.

    In a thick bottom pan, melt the butter and chocolate.
  3. 3

    In a bowl break eggs and beat it with powdered sugar.
  4. 4

    Add quinoa paste and whole quinoa in egg mix.
  5. 5

    Add melted chocolate and butter mix in the cake batter.
  6. 6

    Grease the cake tin and pour the batter in the tin.
  7. 7

    Bake at 170 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  8. 8

    Cool the cake for an hour.
  9. 9

    For serving pipe whipped cream on top of cake and spread quinoa crumbles around the cake.
  10. 10

    Garnish Quinoa cake with fresh peppermint sprig and chilli chocolate shard.
