  • 4 slices bread; For Batter: ½ cup Yogurt; cup semolina; salt to taste; water; For Topping: 2 chopped shallots; 1 chopped red bell pepper; Few coriander leaves; chopped cherry Tomatoes; 1 tbsp oil; For Serving: Coconut chutney Kokam sharbat

  • 1/4 cup semolina
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • FOR For the topping
  • 2 chopped shallots
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • Few coriander leaves

HOW TO PREPARE QUICK VEG UTTAPAM

    Cut the bread slices with a round cutter.

    ; In a bowl, whisk yogurt, semolina, salt, and water.
