  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 250 gm minced chicken
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin seed powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt
  • 1 Thai bird’s eye chilli
  • 2 tbsp boiled black eyed peas
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • water
  • 1 spring onion greens
  • Sour cream
  • black pepper powder
  • Spring onion greens
  • Pita bread toasted

    Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in a pan , add chopped tomato coriander seeds and fry some more.

    Add minced chicken and mix well and continue to stir fry.

    Add garam masala, cumin seed powder, red chilli powder, chopped bird's eye chilli, salt, boiled black eye peas, tomato puree, chopped spring onion green and water as required.

    Cook well.

    Garnish with spring onion greens, black pepper powder and sour cream quenelle.

    Serve the dish with toasted pita bread.
