INGREDIENTS

  • FOR The Filling
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ cup onions sliced
  • ½ cup red yellow and green bell peppers sliced
  • ½ tsp fresh chopped red chillies
  • salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper as required
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp green olives sliced
  • ½ cup tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • FOR The Quesadillas
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 tortillas
  • 2 to 3 tbsp grated cheese]
  • FOR Garnish
  • Coriander leaves
  • Tomato sauce
  • Wooden skewer
  • Parsley

HOW TO PREPARE QUESADILLAS

    For the filling heat oil in a pan.

    Add cumin seeds sliced onions, sliced bell peppers, chopped red chillies, salt, crushed black pepper, chilli powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder.

    Mix well.
  4. 4

    Add sliced olives and tomato puree to the pan.
  5. 5

    Add chopped coriander leaves.
  6. 6

    Mix well and cook for a minute.
  7. 7

    For the quesadillas, heat oil in a pan.
  8. 8

    Place a tortilla in the pan.
  9. 9

    Top it with grated cheese and the filling.

    Again add some grated cheese.

    Place the second tortilla on this tortilla.

    Flip the tortillas so as to face the crisp side of the first tortilla.

    Spread some grated cheese filling, and jack cheese on it and cover with the third tortilla.

    Flip the entire stack of the tortillas.

    Add some grated cheese over it.

    Garnish with coriander leaves.

    Quesadillas are ready.

    Quarter the quesadillas.
  19. 19

    Stack them in the serving plate and hold the stack using a wooden skewer.

    Place some filling on the stack.
  21. 21

    Garnish with some tomato ketchup, coriander leaves, and parsley.
