- ginger - garlic paste
- black peppercorn
- cinnamon stick
- turmeric powder
- salt as per taste

- In a pan, add ghee. Soak the ginger - garlic paste in the water. To the pan, add cardamom, black peppercorn and mix it.
- Add mace, cinnamon stick, cloves and mix it. Add meat and cook it. Add the soaked water of ginger - garlic paste. Add turmeric powder and mix it.
- Add salt as per taste and mix it. Add fried onion and mix it. Add water and let it cook.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
