  • Black peppercorn
  • Mace
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Cloves
  • Meat
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Fried onion

HOW TO PREPARE QALIYA

  1. 1

    In a pan, add ghee Soak the ginger - garlic paste in the water To the pan, add cardamom, black peppercorn and mix it.

    Add mace, cinnamon stick, cloves and mix it Add meat and cook it Add the soaked water of ginger - garlic paste Add turmeric powder and mix it.

    Add salt as per taste and mix it Add fried onion and mix it Add water and let it cook.
  4. 4

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
