  • Ghee
  • Ginger - garlic paste
  • Cardamom
  • Black peppercorn
  • Mace
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Cloves
  • Meat
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Fried onion

HOW TO PREPARE QALIYA

  1. 1

    In a pan, add ghee. Soak the ginger - garlic paste in the water. To the pan, add cardamom, black peppercorn and mix it.
  2. 2

    Add mace, cinnamon stick, cloves and mix it. Add meat and cook it. Add the soaked water of ginger - garlic paste. Add turmeric powder and mix it.
  3. 3

    Add salt as per taste and mix it. Add fried onion and mix it. Add water and let it cook.
  4. 4

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
