INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 to 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 to 3 tsp turmeric
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 radish
  • 100 gm Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 red cabbage
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 to 3 tsp sugar
  • salt
  • black pepper powder
  • water
  • Tomato sauce

HOW TO PREPARE PUPUSAS

    In a bowl add all purpose flour, oil, salt, water and knead into a dough, Add turmeric and oil in a bowl, to make a soft dough.

    Chop the carrot and radish, dip it in water and keep it in the fridge.
  3. 3

    Make small balls of the dough, flatten it and cut into rounds with a cookie cutter.
  4. 4

    Stuff the grated mozzarella cheese in each round, and re roll like coin parathas.
  5. 5

    In a bowl, add chopped red cabbage, carrot, reddish, salt, black pepper powder, vinegar, sugar, oregano and mix well.

    Serve the dish with the ribbon salad and tomato salsa.
