In a pan or kadhai heat oil and add mustard seeds wait till they crackle.
Add curry leaves fry for a bit and add onion and chopped tomatoes stir in the chilli powder and turmeric.
Add sprouts, soaked flattened rice, boiled and chopped potatoes, salt, lemon juice, green chilli, chopped jalapenos and chopped coriander.
Mix it well.
In another pan heat olive oil, fry curry leaves, chopped onion, add tomatoes, Kashmiri red chilli paste fry well, next add the grated coconut and goda masala, water, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice, cook till the oil leaves.
To make sour cream: use a hand blender and beat fresh cream till soft peaks form add salt and lime juice and just mix and don’t beat further keep it chilled.
Fill the potato mixture in taco shells, goda masala mixture, jalapenos slices, grated cheese, farsaan and sour cream.
