  • 3 - 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 - 2 glass water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 thick dairy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cinnamon flavoured cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cocoa powder
  • For garnish
  • coconut cream


  1. 1

    In a heated pan, add olive oil, slices of pumpkin and let it cook. Add vanilla sugar and let it melt. Once the sugar melts cook the pumpkin from the other sides.

    On a double boiler, salt, chocolate and let it melt. Add pumpkin puree and mix it. Add thick dairy cream and mix again.

    In a bowl, add cinnamon flavoured cream cheese, cardamom powder, cocoa powder and mix it.

    For presentation, in a plate splash some chocolate, add the fried pumpkin, cream and garnish with coconut cream.
