  • 1 cup diced ripe mango
  • 1 banana frozen
  • Small piece of turmeric approximately 1 inch
  • Handful of frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 500ml cultured buttermilk
  • Honey or sugar if required

PREPARATION
