  • For Pretzels: 600 gm all-purpose flour
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 60 gm castor sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 200 ml water
  • 4 tsp activated yeast
  • 500 ml hot water
  • 60 gm baking soda
  • ¼ Cup kosher salt
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds

    Procedure to make Pretzels: In a bowl add refined flour, salt, castor sugar, oil and stir it.

    Add water, the activated yeast and prepare a dough.
  3. 3

    Add oil in a bowl and let the dough prove with a covered piece of cloth for 40 minutes.

    In a pan of hot water add baking soda.
  5. 5

    Make small balls of the dough.

    In a baking tray add oil, place butter paper.
  7. 7

    Roll out the dough in a cylindrical shape and repeat the process.
  8. 8

    Dip the pretzels in warm water and leave it to prove in a tray for 30 minutes.

    Add kosher salt, caraway seeds.
