  • FOR Dough
  • 1 cup Refined flour
  • ½ tsp Fresh yeast
  • ½ tsp Rock salt
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tsp Synthetic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • FOR Filling
  • 1 sliced yellow bell pepper
  • ¼ cup green olives
  • 2 jalapenos juliennes
  • 3 tsp tomato puree
  • ¼ tsp Rock salt
  • Wheat flour for dusting
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup cheese grated
  • FOR garnish
  • Green olives
  • Tomato sauce
  • Rock salt

HOW TO PREPARE PRESSURE COOKER PIZZA

    For the dough mix refined flour, fresh yeast, rock salt, powdered sugar, synthetic vinegar, honey and olive oil in a bowl and knead well.

    Place the ball of dough on a perforated plate and set it aside for 10 15 minutes for proving.

    For the pizza filling, chop vegetables.
  4. 4

    After proving, flatten the dough and place it on the perforated plate.
  5. 5

    Spread some sauce and with the help of a fork make small holes on the base.

    Top the dough with sliced yellow bell pepper, rock salt, chopped green olives, julienned jalapenos, refined flour, honey, butter, grated cheese and dust wheat flour on it.

    Place the pizza in the pressure cooker and let it cook for 8 10 minutes.

    Use roasted yellow bell pepper, green olives, tomato sauce, rock salt and olive oil, for garnish.
