INGREDIENTS

  • FOR Pasta
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 5 to 6 chopped French beans
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • water as required
  • salt to taste
  • ½ cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup pasta boiled
  • 1 cup tomato paste
  • Crushed black pepper to taste
  • FOR Garlic Bread
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 loafbrea
  • FOR SALAD
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 2 to 3 basil leaves
  • 2 to 3 French beans juliennes
  • salt as required
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • FOR Garnish
  • 4 to 5 basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated

HOW TO PREPARE PRESSURE COOKER PASTA

    For pasta heat olive oil in a pressure cooker.
  2. 2

    Add chopped garlic onion, green chillies, carrot, water, salt, French beans and broccoli, and tomato paste.

    Mix well Add boiled pasta and black pepper powder.
  4. 4

    Close the lid of the cooker and cook pasta for two whistles.
  5. 5

    Let the pressure settle down.
  6. 6

    For garlic bread, heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic cloves, and let them cook until fragrance the bread loaf on the garlic cloves.

    Grill well.

    For the salad, mix chopped tomato, basil leaves, julienned French beans, salt, and olive oil.

    Garnish pasta with basil leaves and grated parmesan cheese.
