  • For Prawns Papad: 250 gm prawns
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • black pepper powder
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 120 gm boiled chickpeas
  • 3 papad
  • 100 gm hung curd
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 50 gm mayonnaise
  • 50 gm tomato ketchup

    Procedure to make Prawns papad: In a tray add prawns, chopped garlic, black pepper powder, salt, finely sliced chives.

    Add lemon juice, white wine, olive oil, chilli flakes, boiled chickpeas and mix it well and bake it in a preheated oven at 220' C for 8 - 10 minutes.

    Place the papad in a pan and roast it.
  4. 4

    Mould the papad and stuff it with baked prawns.
  5. 5

    To garnish add hung curd, chopped fresh chives, chilli flakes, mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and Prawns papad is ready to serve.
