INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gm prawns
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • black pepper powder
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 120 gm boiled chickpeas
  • 3 papad
  • 100 gm hung curd
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 50 gm mayonnaise
  • 50 gm tomato ketchup

PREPARATION

  1. 1

    In a tray add prawns, chopped garlic, black pepper powder, salt and finely sliced chives.
  2. 2

    Add lemon juice, white wine, olive oil, chilli flakes, boiled chickpeas and mix it well and bake it in a preheated oven at 220' C for 8 - 10 minutes.

    Place the papad in a pan and roast it.
  4. 4

    Mould the papad and stuff it with baked prawns.
  5. 5

    To garnish add hung curd, chopped fresh chives, chilli flakes, mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and Prawns papad is ready to serve.
