- 6-7 tiger prawns
- 3-4 tbsp curd
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt as per taste
- Procedure to make Prawns Koliwada:Cut the head, fins and whale of the prawns. In a bowl, add curd, garlic paste, ginger paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, lemon juice.
- Add salt as per taste and mix it well. Add the prawns and mix it nicely. Leave it to marinate for an hour.
- Add the prawns in a skewer and grill it until it cooks. Serve the prawns with green chutney.
