INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bowl fried rice
  • 1 tsp shrimp paste
  • 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp sambal paste
  • 1 tbsp light soya sauce
  • 1 tsp dark soya sauce
  • 1 red chilli
  • 2 - 3 stems of green onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cup fried onion
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 6 - 7 tiger prawns
  • Peanut oil
  • Oil for frying
  • For Garnish
  • Reduced soya sauce, Sambal paste, Green onions

HOW TO PREPARE PRAWN TAILS

    To the fried rice, add shrimp paste, sweet chilli sauce, sambal paste, light soya sauce, dark soy sauce. Add finely chopped red chilli, stems of green onion, grated carrot, fried onion and mix it well.

    Add all-purpose flour and mix well again. Apply oil in hands and cover the prawns with the mixture. Deep fry the prawns in the oil until it turns golden browns.
  3. 3

    Garnish with reduced soya sauce, sambal paste, green onions and serve.
