INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gms Fresh Large Prawns With Tails (Cleaned And Deveined)
  • 1 Onion (Small)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Garlic (Finely Chopped)
  • 4 Long Chilli
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 5 tsp Tomato Juice
  • 40 ml Ouzo (Fennel Flavoured Aperitif)
  • 1 Lemon
  • 100 gms Feta Cheese
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Crushed Pepper. For Garnish:{Chopped Dill Leaves
  • Lemon Wedge}

HOW TO PREPARE PRAWN SAGANAKI

    Marinate250 gms prawns with salt and pepper.
  2. 2

    Warm 2 tbsp oil and add 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic, 1 small onion, 3 to 4 sliced chillies and sauté.
  3. 3

    Add prawns, 5 tsp tomato juice, 40 ml ouzo or Vodka, lemon juice and 100 grams crumbled feta cheese.

    Transfer pan to oven and bake prawn saganaki at 180 degrees (for 3-4 minutes).
  5. 5

    Garnish Prawns Saganaki with chopped dill leaves, lemon wedge and serve hot.
