INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of rice
  • 2 cup of water
  • Salt as per taste
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp dhanshak masala
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 chopped garlic
  • 250 gm prawns
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 tbsp jaggery
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • For garnish: Coriander leaves

HOW TO PREPARE PRAWN PATIO

    In a bowl, add rice, water and leave it to soak In a heated pan, add water, salt as per taste, oil Add dhanshak masala, soaked rice and let it cook.

    In another heated pan, add oil, chopped onion, garlic and saute In a bowl, add prawns, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and mix it well.

    Add jaggery, a pinch of dhanshak masala, vinegar and stir it Add marinated prawns and let it cook.

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
