INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup oats
  • ½ cup banana mashed
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Pistachio flakes
  • 2 tbsp mixed multigrain
  • 2 tbsp Almond flakes
  • 2 tbsp black raisins
  • 3 to 4 tbsp Maple syrup
  • water
  • 1 to 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tsp Strawberry syrup
  • Candy stick
  • 2 to 3 tsp Maple syrup
  • 2 to 3 tsp Strawberry syrup
  • Coconut pieces
  • Almond flakes
  • Pistachio flakes

HOW TO PREPARE POWER-PACKED GRANOLA

    Combine oats mashed banana, brown sugar, pistachio flakes, mixed multigrain (sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and lotus seeds), almond flakes, black raisins, maple syrup, and water in a bowl.

    Mix well.

    Grease shot glasses with butter (using a brush).
  4. 4

    Add strawberry syrup.
  5. 5

    Fill the mixture till the rim.
  6. 6

    Cover the rim of the glasses with a foil.
  7. 7

    In a pan, heat water for boiling.
  8. 8

    Dip the covered glasses in the pan and cover the lid.
  9. 9

    Steam for 18 to 20 min.
  10. 10

    Once steamed, transfer bars to a plate.
  11. 11

    Discard the foil.
  12. 12

    Unmold the bars from the glasses.
  13. 13

    To retain shape of a candy, insert a candy stick from the bottom of each granola bar.

    In the serving plate, arrange the bars in a reverse manner.
  15. 15

    Garnish with maple syrup strawberry syrup, coconut pieces, almond flakes, and pistachio flakes.
