  • baby potatoes

    Place a heavy bottom pan on gas.
  2. 2

    Put little bit water. Place chunks of red bricks. Close the lid.

    In a bowl add butter milk, gelatine powder and mix well.

    In a another bowl add salt, cumin powder, mustard seeds, flex seeds, mace, olive oil, bear, baby potatoes and mix well.

    Take a double layer of silver foil.

    Arrange the baby potatoes. fold the silver foil edges upwards.

    Put the bear marination over.
  8. 8

    Place the potato parcel in pan to cook.

    Put few baby potatoes with skin on bricks.

    Put the bear marination over.

    Close the lid.

    In a pan add frozen peas, salt and saute.

    Add buttermilk, bring it to boil. Blend the mixture.

    Again pour in a pan & boil it. Keep it to freeze.

    Mix butter and potatoes liquid.
  16. 16

    Serve with Spring Onions Green, malt powder, pea shoot, baby potatoes with skin, frozen pea mixture, butter mixture and cumin powder.
