  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 tsp pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup onion rings
  • 1/4 cup capsicum
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves
  • salt
  • oregano
  • chilli flak`es
  • 1/2 cup cheese

PREPARATION

    Heat olive oil in a pan.

    Add mashed potatoes and spread it on the pan.

    Cook until both the sides turn golden brown.

    Spread pizza sauce over it.
  5. 5

    Add onion rings, chopped capsicum, basil leaves and salt.

    Sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes and cheese. Cook it on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
