INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 2 cups potatoes
  • 1 tsp pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup Onion rings
  • 1/4 cup capsicum
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves, Salt, oregano, chilli flakes
  • 1/2 cup cheese

HOW TO PREPARE POTATO ROSTI PIZZA

    Heat olive oil in a pan.

    Add mashed potatoes and spread it on the pan.
  3. 3

    Cook until both the sides turn golden brown.
  4. 4

    Spread pizza sauce over it.
  5. 5

    Then, add onion rings, chopped capsicum, basil leaves and salt.

    Sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes and cheese.
  7. 7

    Cook it on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
