INGREDIENTS

  • For popcorn plum tart dough
  • 1 cup refined flour
  • 2 tbsp ricotta cheese
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp white butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • water as rquired
  • For filling
  • 2 plums
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 3 tbsp fresh cream
  • 3 tbsp pistachios
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp ricotta cheese
  • olive oil
  • 1 cup popcorn
  • For plum salsa
  • 1 plum
  • 2 tbsp pistachios
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup fresh cream
  • olive oil

PREPARATION

    In a bowl add refined flour, ricotta cheese, salt and mix it.
  2. 2

    Add white butter, sugar, milk, water and prepare a dough.
  3. 3

    Chop the plums and add it in a bowl.
  4. 4

    Add sugar, yoghurt, fresh cream and mix it well.
  5. 5

    Add finely chopped pistachios, milk, ricotta cheese and mix it.

    Roll out the dough over the flour.
  7. 7

    Brush olive oil on the tart mould, dust flour and place the dough on it.

    Cut out the edges.

    To the dough add plum filling, popcorn, add yoghurt mixture and bake it in the oven at 175' C for 18 - 20 minutes.

    Finely chop the plums and add it in a bowl.

    Add finely chopped pistachios, parsley, black pepper powder, salt, sugar, fresh cream and mix it well.

    Add olive oil and mix it. Cut the slices of tart.

    For garnish add salsa, popcorn and Popcorn plum tart is ready to serve.
