  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 to 3 Mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp sugar syrup
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp black salt
  • lemon juice
  • ¼ cup soda Crushed ice
  • Slice Lemon
  • Mint leaves
  • Pomegranate seeds


  1. 1

    In a shaker muddle together pomegranate juice, chopped lemon, mint leaves, and sugar syrup.

    In a plate, mix chaat masala and black salt.
  3. 3

    Apply lemon juice to the rim of the serving glass and turn the glass upside down in the chaat masala black salt mixture to coat the rim with this mixture.

    Repeat the same procedure on another glass.
  5. 5

    In the shaker containing the muddled juice, add little soda and cover the glass using a shaker and shake well.
  6. 6

    In the serving glasses, add crushed to the bottom.
  7. 7

    Fill half of each glass with pomojito and then add soda to fill the glasses.
  8. 8

    Garnish with lemon slice and mint leaves.
  9. 9

    Top with pomegranate seeds.
