INGREDIENTS

  • For the Poita Bhat
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • salt
  • 2-3 chopped green chillies
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tsp mustard oil
  • For the Aloo Pitika
  • 4 mashed potatoes
  • salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2-3 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 2-3 tsp mustard oil

PREPARATION

    For th Poita Bhat: In a mixing bowl, add buttermilk, salt, chopped green chillies, chopped onions, cooked rice and mustard oil.

    Mix it well.

    For the Aloo Pitika: Mash boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder, green chillies and mustard oil. Mix it well.

    Serve the Aloo Pitika with Poita Bhat.
