INGREDIENTS

  • 2 to 3 tbsp basil chutney
  • black pepper powder
  • salt
  • 1½ tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic cloves
  • 1 to 2 tsp olive oil
  • 5 to 6 prawns
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp soya sauce
  • lettuce leaves
  • Salad
  • Lemon wedges

PREPARATION

    Take the eggs in a bowl. Add a little vinegar in the boiling water and add the eggs into this water to poach them. Remove the poached eggs from the water and keep aside. Cut the muffins from the centre and make equal parts. Heat butter in a pan. Add blanched and chopped spinach leaves smoked and cooked chicken ham, and salt. Mix well and toast well. Transfer this filling to a bowl. Heat some more butter in a pan. When the butter melts toast the muffin pieces. For the sauce, take an egg yolk in a bowl. Beat well by placing the bowl on steam. Add caster sugar some black peppercorns, cream, and salt. Whisk well on steam again. The sauce is ready. On a tray, place one piece of toasted muffin. Place the filling on the top and then place the poached egg. Pour a little sauce on the poached egg. Cover with the other muffin piece. To garnish, place a cherry tomato on top and pierce all layers with a skewer stick and serve.
