Poached Anda
This easy to cook breakfast comprises of poached eggs served on warm, buttered buns, which have been spread with tomato sauce and topped with lettuce leaves.

  • Poached Egg 2 eggs
  • 2 buns
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • Tomato sauce as required
  • black pepper
  • crushed
  • 1 Lettuce leaf

    Boil water in a pan and add salt and vinegar to it.
  2. 2

    Separately take some boiling water in two small steel bowls.
  3. 3

    Break the eggs and pour the contents into the steel bowls with water.
  4. 4

    Place the steel bowls in a boiling water pan and allow the eggs to cook for 6 to 7 minutes on a high flame.

    Cut the buns into two halves horizontally and lightly toast them.
  6. 6

    Spread tomato sauce on the bottom half of the bun.
  7. 7

    Top it up with a lettuce leaf.
  8. 8

    Remove the eggs with the help of a spatula and put them on the lettuce leaves.
  9. 9

    Sprinkle some salt and crushed black pepper and serve.
