Heat water in a pan and add the chopped mint leaves and tamarind paste to it. Stir well. Once the concoction is almost ready, add powdered sugar to it. In a mortar and pestle, coarsely crush the pine nuts. Add powdered sugar cinnamon powder, two chopped plums and 4 5 chopped red grapes, to it. Muddle this well. Slice one plum and slit each slice. Place this slice on the rim of the serving glass. Trim the grapes from one side and using a skewer, hold a grape and a plum slice together. In the serving glass, add 2 3 tbsp rose syrup. Add some crushed ice. Top the ice with the concoction of pine nuts and fruits. Add some more crushed ice and flatten the surface using the back of a spoon. Pour some mint leaves concoction on the crushed ice. Immerse the plum grape skewers in the ice. Garnish with some more concoction of pine nuts and grapes, rose syrup, crushed ice, powdered sugar, some cold water, cinnamon powder, and again some rose syrup. Serve chilled.
