INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pizza buns
  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 3 dried red chillies
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 3 tbsp mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • Water
  • Oil
  • 1 cup mozzarella grated cheese
  • 1 cup bell peppers
  • cup green and black olives
  • Mozzarella grated cheese

HOW TO PREPARE PIZZA BURGER

    Slit the pizza base sideways into two.

    Grind dried roast seeds cumin, dried red chillies and garam masala into a fine powder.
  3. 3

    In a bowl, mash boiled chick peas and boiled potatoes, well.
  4. 4

    Add salt and mix the masala well.
  5. 5

    Add the mushrooms, gram flour and a little bit of water and mix well.
  6. 6

    Carefully make flat patties out of the mixture and place them on butter paper to help them retain their shape.

    In a pan sear the patties, till cooked golden on both sides.

    On one half of the cut pizza base, spread grated Mozzarella cheese, place the prepared patties and cover with the other half of the pizza base.

    Add bell peppers, green and black olives over it and top it all generously with grated Mozzarella cheese.
  10. 10

    Bake in an oven at 180 C for 5 minutes.
