  • FOR the dough
  • 1½ cup Refined flour
  • 1 tsp icing sugar
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • ¼ tbsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ cup milk
  • FOR the glaze
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp Vanilla syrup
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 200mlcondensed milk
  • FOR garnish
  • Pistachios chopped
  • icing sugar

    Add refined flour, icing sugar, baking powder, baking soda, butter, olive oil, and milk in a bowl and prepare the dough.

    Cut the dough and make small rounds from it and then flatten them.
  3. 3

    Cut them from the centre using a cutter and place them in molds.
  4. 4

    Place the molds in a baking tray and add water to it.
  5. 5

    Bake them for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius and then remove.

    Heat butter in a pan.
  7. 7

    Add vanilla syrup and brown sugar.
  8. 8

    Stir them well.
  9. 9

    Add condensed milk to the mixture and prepare a glaze.
  10. 10

    Dip the donuts in the prepared glaze and place it over a wire rack.
  11. 11

    Garnish with chopped pistachios and icing sugar.
