INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp curd
  • A pinch of red chillies
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tsp beetroot
  • 40 gms grinned broccoli
  • 40 gms coriander
  • 3 tsp grinned corns

PREPARATION

    In a mixing bowl mix all the up listed ingredients in a mixing bow.

    take flour and 1 tsp water and make a pastmake the shape of kebabs and dip a little in four paste .
  3. 3

    In a pan take 2 tsp oil and put the kebabs on the pan and cook for at least 10-15 mins on low flame.
  4. 4

    serve with ketchup and garnish with coriander.
