- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp curd
- A pinch of red chillies
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 3 tsp beetroot
- 40 gms grinned broccoli
- 40 gms coriander
- 3 tsp grinned corns
- In a mixing bowl mix all the up listed ingredients in a mixing bow.
- take flour and 1 tsp water and make a pastmake the shape of kebabs and dip a little in four paste .
- In a pan take 2 tsp oil and put the kebabs on the pan and cook for at least 10-15 mins on low flame.
- serve with ketchup and garnish with coriander.
