INGREDIENTS

  • FOR the batter
  • 2 cup sRefined flour
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 2 cup ssoymilk
  • Water as required
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 cup ssugar syrup
  • FOR pineapple cream
  • pineapplecubed
  • Fresh cream
  • fennel seeds
  • FOR garnish
  • Pineapple Cream
  • Rabdi
  • fennel seeds
  • powdered sugar

HOW TO PREPARE PINEAPPLE MALPUA

    Dice the pineapple.
  2. 2

    In a bowl, mix the refined flour, semolina, and fennel seeds with water.
  3. 3

    As the batter thickens, add pineapple pieces and soymilk.
  4. 4

    Mix well.
  5. 5

    Heat oil in a wok; pour the mixture into the hot oil to fry the malpuas.
  6. 6

    When fried, dip the malpuas in the sugar syrup.
  7. 7

    In a bowl, make pineapple cream with fresh cream, pineapple, and fennel seeds.
  8. 8

    Stack the malpuas in a plate and garnish them with rabdi, roasted fennel seeds, and icing sugar.
