Pineapple & Lettuce Salad

  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 to 6 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 1 diced cucumber
  • 200 gm pineapple
  • diced
  • 3 to 4 cherry tomatoes
  • salt to taste
  • basil leaves For Garnish: .

    Pour some pineapple juice in a bowl.

    Mix the juice with a little honey lemon juice, salt and olive oil to make the dressing for the salad.

    In another bowl, take some randomly chopped iceberg lettuce leaves, diced cucumber and diced pineapple.

    Pour the dressing to this.
  5. 5

    Add some chopped cherry tomatoes to this salad.
  6. 6

    Mix well and then transfer it to a serving plate.
  7. 7

    Garnish the salad with some basil leaves.
