INGREDIENTS

  • For Pineapple & lettuce salad: ½ Cup Pineapple Juice
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 5 - 6 Iceberg Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 200 gm Pineapple
  • 3 - 4 Cherry Tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Basil Leaves

HOW TO PREPARE PINEAPPLE & LETTUCE SALAD

    Procedure to make Pineapple & lettuce salad: Pour some pineapple juice in a bowl.

    Add honey, lemon juice, salt and olive oil to make the dressing for the salad.

    In another bowl, add chopped iceberg lettuce leaves, diced cucumber and diced pineapple.

    For Garnish: chopped cherry tomatoes to this salad.

    Mix well and transfer the salad to a serving plate.

    Garnish the salad with some basil leaves.
