INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 8-10 cashewnuts
  • 15-16 raisins
  • 3/4 tsp garlic
  • 3/4 tsp green chillies
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup spring onion
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar, Salt
  • 1 cup pineapple pieces, coriander leaves

HOW TO PREPARE PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE

    In a cooking pot, add water and rice.

    Boil the rice until it is cooked, and keep it aside.
  3. 3

    Melt butter in a pan.
  4. 4

    Add cashew nuts, raisins, chopped garlic, chopped green chillies, chopped bell peppers and chopped spring onions.

    Saut� them for 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6

    Add soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pineapple pieces.
  7. 7

    Saut� them for 2-3 minutes.
  8. 8

    Then, add the cooked rice and mix it well.
  9. 9

    Garnish the rice with chopped coriander leaves.
